Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Fantastly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fantastly. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe belong to minors.

3. The Service

Fantastly generates personalised intimate evening guides using artificial intelligence. The Service allows you to:

• Create a profile with personal preferences
• Manage a toy chest, wardrobe, and kinks/preferences catalogue
• Generate AI-written intimate stories based on your selections
• View and access your previously generated stories

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@fantastly.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18
• Attempt to generate content involving minors in any context
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Share generated content in a way that attributes it to a real, identifiable person without their consent
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API
• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-generate content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. Generated content

Stories generated by Fantastly are created by artificial intelligence. You may use generated stories for your personal, private enjoyment. You may not:

• Publish or distribute generated stories commercially without permission
• Claim generated stories as your own original writing for commercial purposes
• Use generated stories to create content that violates any applicable law

Generated content is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any generated content. See our Disclaimer for more details.

7. Free and premium tiers

Fantastly offers a free tier with limited daily story generation. Anonymous users may generate 1 story per day; registered free users may generate 2 stories per day. Premium features and pricing will be communicated separately. We reserve the right to modify tier limits at any time.

8. Consent and safety

Fantastly generates content about consensual adult intimacy. All generated content assumes and frames consent as a fundamental requirement. The Service is not a substitute for communication with your partner. If any activity described in a generated story makes you or your partner uncomfortable, do not do it. Real-world consent between all participants is always required.

9. Intellectual property

The Fantastly name, logo, design, and underlying software are our intellectual property. The AI-generated story content is provided under a personal-use licence to you. The toy, wardrobe, and kinks catalogues are our proprietary content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@fantastly.com. Upon deletion, all your data (profile, preferences, stories) will be permanently removed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantastly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: reliance on generated content, loss of data, or service interruptions.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
